THE BASICS
RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK.

You must be a resident of the United Kingdom and have a RIGHT TO WORK. You need to be in possession of a UK Passport, EU Passport or Graduate/Dependant Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) that is valid and does not have to be renewed within the next 12 months. Due to current UK regulations, we can not accept a Student BRP nor a Skilled Worker Visa. Please be prepared to submit a share code upon registration.
REGISTER

Complete JVCC's online registration form. Read our terms and conditions that will be sent to you via email.

Complete and pass an online assessment in the platform and technical check of your equipment.
TRAINING

Keep an eye on the platform and enrol in training when it becomes available. We will help you.

Complete and pass the training provided by the client. You will then be offered a Certification Statement of Work (SOW). Be prepared to work for the length of the SOW to solidify your training before planning a holiday. We will then offer you a production SOW.

Training is not paid nor is there a cost to participate. Some clients may offer an opportunity to take live calls during training that you will be paid for receiving.
EQUIPMEMT

This is a general guide and the Systems and Equipment guide should be referred to and provided upon request. There may also be additional technology requirements for each client and will be found on their Opportunity Announcement.

Technical Specifications:
* Computer: Intel Core I5 - 7000 or higher (or equivalent). Desktop preferred with two monitors. Laptop may also be used with minimum 15" monitor.
* Operating System: Windows 11.
* Storage: 60GB hard drive with 20GB free space.
* Memory: Minimum 4GB RAM (8GB recommended).
* Internet Connection: Hard-wired with at least 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload speed. -
A USB VoIP noise cancelling headset for class which may be used with our coffee client to work. Vacation client requires digital voice or traditional landline telephone.
PAY

Hours are released on a weekly basis generally 2 - 3 weeks in advance. You choose hours from the hours available.

You will be paid by JVCC Ltd twice a month, 24 times a year, via direct credit deposit.

You will be considered a sub-contractor hence self employed.

We do not make tax deductions. You must enrol with HMRC to submit a yearly Self Assessment.

Arise charges £20 per month and JVCC Ltd. charges £40 per month, both of which will be deducted from your pay.
